ALDONA N. GORMAN

Aldona joined International Law Solutions Group, PC in November 2019, where she guides companies ranging from early-stage to Fortune 500 through a wide variety of global workforce issues.

More specifically, Aldona advises private and public companies on the design, implementation, administration, regulatory compliance, and taxation of issuer equity incentive awards as well as crypto-token compensation arrangements throughout the world, including the regulatory and tax impact of corporate transactions.

Aldona also assists companies with various multinational labor force matters, including working with third-party employers, protection of intellectual property and other assets, non-compete and claw-back issues, retirement eligibility considerations, data privacy, mobility, and entity planning.

Prior to joining ILS, Aldona was with Baker McKenzie LLP’s Global Equity Services practice in Chicago and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP’s (PwC) National and Tax practices in Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, and Philadelphia where she similarly focused on the regulatory and tax considerations associated with the implementing and maintaining equity incentive plans in more than 90 countries. While with PwC Aldona was a contributing writer and editor to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP published monograph FAS 123(R), Share-Based Payment; a multidisciplinary approach. Aldona’s combination of legal, tax, and accounting experience while at the world’s largest, leading professional firms has given Aldona a multi-disciplinary, pragmatic, and time-sensitive approach to her practice.

Aldona has been a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals and the Global Equity Organization.

Aldona is licensed in Illinois and Massachusetts.

Aldona is a graduate of the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana and Northern Illinois University School of Law, Cum Laude. She also holds a Master of Laws in Taxation and Certificate in Employee Benefits Law from Georgetown University Law Center.
