LAWYERS FOR A
GLOBAL WORKFORCE
We have extensive experience with cross-border legal matters and have practiced with leading international law firms. We have advised hundreds of multinational companies ranging from start-up companies to Fortune 500 companies on a wide spectrum of issues related to doing business overseas, among them, global equity compensation, global human resources, and international corporate and regulatory matters. Our experience enables us to counsel multinational companies on best practices in an evolving global market and to provide unparalleled service to our clients.
We have long-standing relationships with leading law firms in more than 150 countries. Our worldwide network of attorneys helps clients achieve their goals throughout the world. The network is flexible and may be customized to ensure that clients have the most knowledgeable and efficient attorneys to advise them on their matters. For example, if a company currently works with attorneys in a particular country and wishes to continue that relationship, those attorneys can be included in the network of attorneys. With this structure, our clients get the best of both worlds – a single platform for legal advice and consultation, and attorneys with the expertise necessary for a particular matter.
